Ciclos Pasados is a psychological horror visual novel that begins as a tender story. A young Paraguayan man wakes up in a forest under two moons, with no idea how he got there, and finds shelter in Elden: a frontier village where magic is for lighting fires and drying laundry, and where people open their doors without asking too many questions.
Between a huntress with better aim than patience, a kid with forty questions a minute, a young woman who doesn’t believe a word he says and a grumpy fruit seller, the protagonist starts to feel something he didn’t expect: that he belongs.
Everyone in Elden is very kind. Maybe too kind.
